Early morning sunrise, a Salmon boat off the coast of Alaska heads out of Bristol Bay. Seagulls fly under the drone shot as the sound of the boat punching the waves drives the sound design with a music track fading up.
Audio from the deployment of the salmon fishing net bridges us into a close up shot of a deck hand shuttling the net out into the ocean.

Cut to boat captain standing up into frame holding a salmon from a boat cooler as the split screen animation starts and he slide upwards in the frame. (Green Screen)
Animation of a split screen finishes sliding up from the bottom and in from the right of the frame. Boat captain leans back and tosses the fish into frame aiming to the bottom right of our screen, as a L&B butcher catches the fish inside the cabinet of fresh seafood.
L&B Butcher stands up and out of the display case and we transition the whole salmon into a generous sized salmon fillet on a cedar plank with lemons. (Match action Bolt camera move following the whole salmon to the cedar plank salmon)
We see this match cut transition happen over the top edge of the display counter. Stating with the whole fish and transiting to a beautifully styled cedar plank with a generous fillet and all the herbs ready for the smoker.
The butcher stands out of the display and lifts the plank up as the top grilling frame slides down into the edit. The butcher pass the cedar plank out of his potion of the split screen. (Match action Bolt camera move following the raw salmon to the cedar salmon)
Boat captain slides in from the left and takes an even square space from the butchers space on the bottom. Butcher points to close the grill, all three characters have a chuckle.
